2. Weight – As per Body Mass Index.
3. Running: 1.6 km in minutes.
4. Push Ups:10 repetitions in 2 minutes.
5. Chin Ups:10 repetitions in 2 minutes.
6. Sit Ups: 02 repetitions in 2 minutes.
