• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): The LDC will be responsible for maintaining office records, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. Candidates should have a high school diploma and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Steno-typist: The Steno typist will be responsible for taking dictation, transcribing written documents, and maintaining office records. Candidates should have excellent typing skills and be proficient in shorthand.
• Upper Division Clerk (UDC): The UDC will be responsible for maintaining office records, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and excellent organizational and communication skills
• Naib Qasid: The Naib Qasid will be responsible for assisting with general office tasks, such as maintaining office cleanliness and delivering mail. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be physically fit.
• Driver: The Driver will be responsible for driving the Prime Minister and other officials to various destinations and maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicles. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
